Job Title: IT Manager – UPC/CPW
Location: Littleton, CO
Type: Full Time or CTH
Salary: $150k/year
Overview:
Reporting to the Director, Commercial Marketplace, Partner Management, Sales & Service Systems, will
oversee the development of the Unified Product Catalog, Configure-Price-Quote Engine and Product
Inventory solutions.
This leader will create an environment where our team can do their best work, grow and thrive. This
individual will have a unique opportunity to create new teams and implement new technology that will
drive a competitive advantage in Commercial Wireless. He or she will work closely with Product
Operations and Technology teams to implement and maintain innovative products and services to our
customers.

markets we serve, but we do expect them to be curious, driven, committed and willing to do what it takes
to win. Above all else we need a leader who is worthy of the great people we have.
Our future Lead/Manager will have:
● 5+ years’ implementing technical solutions
● 3+ years’ experience leading/managing agile development teams
● Tier 3 & 4 Operations experience including managing KPI’s
● Proven ability to form strong cross team collaboration with business and technical
partners
● Collaborative, hands-on approach to work that is reflected through their
management style and employee communications.
The successful candidate will play a significant role in the success of our client’s wholesale
wireless future.
As part of this role, he or she will be responsible for:
● Collaborating with the business on their product management strategy and vision.
● Work with a team of modelers, developers and configurators in implementing and
maintaining the UPC/CPQ/PI from a technical perspective
● Holistic alignment of catalog-driven solution
● Determine how data should be generated, treated, and passed across the
ecosystem with a customer-centric focus
● Provide input on effective model changes and their downstream effects on
enterprise ecosystems
● Overall insight into Catalog, CPQ, and Order Management co-dependencies
● Input into the design and implementation of the entire stack, including outside of
catalog, CPQ, and Order Management
● Provide guidance on how best to model products
● Works with configurators to provide best practices on product hierarchies,
templates, and rule definitions
● Provide guidelines on how to build effective, comprehensive models that are
scalable and extensible
● Troubleshooting assistance with Catalog related issues
● Provide on-the-job training in Catalog and Catalog Services
● Liaison between requests for new functionality and implementation team
● Consider the organization impact of decisions made regarding data modeling
