Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Marketing is responsible for the overall creation and management of marketing materials, campaigns, branding and strategies.  You will collaborate with company executives on all areas of marketing, and manage 3rd party sources and contracts related to marketing. The Director of Marketing’s responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Create, manage and execute all company marketing strategies

  • Continue to develop the company’s brand identity and awareness
  • Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and communicate them regularly
  • Participate in company marketing planning exercises
  • Meet and exceed company marketing goals
  • Work out of our Denver headquarters

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools including, 
    • Google AdWords
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Drive
    • NetInsight
    • Omniture
    • WebTrends
    • Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
    • MS Office
  • Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, Contact Center, and Conferencing Services
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  •  (e.g.,)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • BS degree in Marketing or related field
  • Must have at least 3 years of telecom, VoIP, or contact center marketing experience
  • Strong communication, prospecting, presenting, and negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Extremely positive attitude

  • May require some travel for tradeshows and meetings
  • Experience with taking lead role in Marketing campaigns, branding strategies and roll out a plus
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Teams

 

Salary: 110-130k
