JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Review, evaluate, and prepare periodic performance reports of staff
• Promotes teamwork and cooperation
• Lead large IT projects, including the design, development, and implementation of new IT systems and services
• Develop & review new and updated policies, processes, and procedures as required
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for the businesses needs
• Ensure high quality day-to-day IT support for ALLO associates
• Manage security and regulatory compliance
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science or commensurate experience
EXPERIENCE:
• 8+ years of experience in IT Management
• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructure across various technologies
• Experience in setting and controlling IT budgets
• High proficiency in managing vendor partners
COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, and data storage systems
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mediate conflict, provide coaching and discipline, and develop direct reports
• Strong Critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
• A firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
• Ability to challenge the status quo with a focus on continuous improvement
