What you will be doing

High-level job responsibilities:

The Marketplace/e-Commerce Tech Lead will be responsible for the solution design, supporting and communicating with cross functional teams, leading the overall development effort, including working with agile teams from system integrators as well as internal teams, and alignment with BSS/OSS Leads and architects.

Day-to-day job responsibilities: 

• Understanding the E2E architecture of the wireless platform and the marketplace/e-Commerce solutions within the platform
• Quality of deliverables from ensuring the enterprise architecture is adhered to, through to the end-user quality
• Representing the Partner Management development team to any third parties engaged in the program
• Communicate across the program including product, business development, operations, networks, and all IT teams program and project managers, architects, functional and technical SME’s, software engineers, testers and others
• Collaborating with the Programs Lead on the requirements process
• Performing impact assessments
• Escalations through to resolution
• Collaborating with the onboarding and automation teams regarding new partners, streamlining of automation, change requests from new partners, etc.
• Assess opportunities for application and process improvement; formulate documentation and rationale to share with team and other affected parties
• Transition from implementation to operations
• Overseeing the go-live process and execution of the process

Specific qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• 10+ years delivering software solutions from requirements through deployment
• 8+ years working in BSS/OSS space of the wireless industry
• 5+ years leading agile development teams
• 2+ years working in a cloud first environment
