Partner Management – Contract Lifecycle Management Operations Analyst
Location: Littleton, CO
Job Type: CTH (6 month contract)
Hourly Rate: $65-71, flexible depending on experience and qualifications
The Partner Management – CLM Operations Analyst is responsible for the collecting and analyzing requirements for the Contract Lifecycle Management System, which is a critical piece of the Marketplace Ecosystem, analyzing the requirements, configuring changes within the system including creating templates, and workflow processes. The analyst will also support agile development teams as a SME in the CLM. This will include coordinating with the Business Analyst, Architect, developers and testers to design and implement integrations to the CLM. In addition, as a part of the agile teams the analyst will also participate in testing the solution as well as recommending ways to improve the technical deliverable.
Responsibilities will vary, but ultimately include:
● Provides application and process subject matter expertise for business partners and IT technical resources
● Designs and implements changes to the CLM based on Business Requirements
● Create targeted system analysis documentation for architecture teams and executives, including design and interface considerations, data analysis and systems testing
● Performs analysis to identify/verify production application issues, provides solutions and coordinates auditing to validate process success on large and complex configuration projects
● Translate and simplify business requirements technical requirements to be consumed by agile teams
● Clarify partner enhancement requests and review/product specifications for change
● Work within Agile Teams to ensure they understand specifications
● Execute Testing with the QA Team to ensure deliverables meet the design specification
● Participates in final launch plans and warranty support
● Work with Business Analyst to address business/system issues as needed
● The ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner across functional and technical departments.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
● 1 year of configuration in a Contract Lifecycle Management Tool or CRM solution
● 1+ years System Analyst experience in wireless, telecom, CLM, CRM., e-Commerce and/or marketplace delivery
● 2+ years ops support or management experience
● 1+ years as a Systems Analyst in software development
● 1+ years working within the agile delivery methodology
● Strong software analytical skills
● Excellent Oral and written communication skills.

● Ability to summarize large amounts of information into crisp recommendations and present recommendations to a variety of audiences
● Experience with agile tools, i.e. Rally, Jira
