JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

Client is looking for a remarkable Process Analyst who can drive delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives and technology roadmap. The successful candidate will be instrumental in rationalizing and realigning existing services and systems. This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to substantially shape the future direction and success of the business.

The Process Analyst is hands-on responsible for the on scope, on time, and on budget development and delivery of comprehensive technical and operational capabilities, including business requirements definition, driving cohesive CRM and ERP solutions, creation and management of project structures as well as alignment of resources. The role requires adherence to Agile development methodology, project management, and change management processes, strong communication skills, and implementation of project-based governance and controls.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and document the business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
  • Translate business objectives into system requirements using powerful analysis and modeling tools
  • Serves as the liaison between the business community and the technical solution providers throughout the project life cycle
  • Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels
  • Validate business processes with business users of solutions
  • Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance in addition to training the end-user population
  • Understand company priorities and align as needed the competing projects
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 5 plus years relevant work experience
  • Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes
  • Software lifecycle management and implementation experience
  • Product Development Lifecycle methodology
  • Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • Telecommunications and Colocation Engineering or Operations experience
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methods
  • Large, complex program management experience
  • Process Architecture, UML or similar business process modeling.

  Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements

  • Must pass comprehensive background screening
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
