Job Title: Senior Manager of New Venture

Location: Denver, CO (currently remote, looking for an office space downtown)

Duration: Direct Hire/FTE

Positions: 2

Max Salary: 180K + opportunity for 20-30% bonus and equity opportunity

Requirements:

• 10 + years of total experience (5+ in startup/high growth environment)
• 3-5 years of management experience in software development, DevOps or QA
• Background in software development, software architecture, back end, front end
• Experience with Azure, DevOps, security (don’t need to be experts in all)
• Cloud native application development experience
• New venture/incubation group experience

Responsibilities:

• This individual will be responsible for architect work and developing roadmaps
• Impact labs is the innovation arm of the company, designed to discover and implement new things
• Focused on rapid prototyping
• These individuals will oversee one of these two projects…

1. Consumer facing mobile payments platform (small to medium businesses)
   1. This person will have experience with traditional consumer facing web and mobile apps
2. Developer Experience Focused Platform (for merchant to bank payments)
   1. This person will have experience with developer experience focused platforms
