JOB TITLE: Teamcenter Solution Architect

We are seeking a career-minded individual for the position of Teamcenter Solution Architect, preferably someone who is looking for long-term growth and potential. SUMMARY: Administration, configuration, development and upgrades of the Siemens Teamcenter PLM. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working with the project team during entire implementation
• Configuring the Teamcenter applications based on requirements and designs of the company
• Managing workload working across multiple projects
• Maintain, develop & support all company’s Siemens PLM IT infrastructure
• Working knowledge of PLM implementations
• Experience in configuring Teamcenter
• Experience of Information Systems and Server/Client Infrastructure
• Experience of supporting software implementations and upgrades
• Good Windows server/client skills
• User helpdesk experience
• DBA experience
• Teamcenter Customization
• Migration Experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Not afraid to suggest new methods and processes where identified and ability to carry these through to proof of concept
• Troubleshooting of complex problems
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Upgrade systems with new releases
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• After hours and weekend work as needed
• Assist in other tasks as required by the Director of Information Technology and Engineering Team
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to balance department efficiency and service excellence
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively
• Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at various levels across the company and customers
• Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and detail oriented
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able to maintain a professional demeanor and a polished professional appearance

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter
• Strong working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter interface
• Must be able to learn procedures quickly and be a team player
• Easily adapt to new organizations / technical environments
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Project management on small to medium projects
• Must be able to perform a variety of routine tasks and demonstrate a good working knowledge of equipment, procedures and working with common hand tools
PREFERRED:
• MES Engineering experience preferred
• Engineering background
• Siemens OpsCenter knowledge
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Frequently required to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
• Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
• Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds
• Work on Specialized equipment
