Job Title: Technical Analyst (Junior-Mid Level position)
Contract: 9 months or longer
Location: Charlotte, NC
MUST HAVE –
• At least 5 years of experience as Business / Technical Analyst in Cable/Telecom domain
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in JAVA/J2EE SOA Web services Design.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Postman and SOAP UI
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in database tools such as XML, SQL, TOAD UI, DB Visualizer
• Ability to translate technical terms to non-technical (business) colleagues and non-technical (business) terms to technical colleagues to quickly identify business problems/opportunities.
• Present analysis & design considerations to software architects and developers who transform business requirements into usable code.
• Experience in Building the specifications, sequence or process diagrams, provide data mappings and logic for software developers and quality assurance analysts to follow.
NICE TO HAVE –
· ICOMS & ACP billing system knowledge/ hands on experience.
· ICOMS ICAPI & CSG SLBOS knowledge/ hands on experience
· Experience to Cable/Telecom domain.
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
· CSG Vantage database knowledge
· Ability to work independently as well as be adaptable and flexible while working in a dynamic team environment in order to lead projects.
· Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, departmental leadership, and business partners.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
