Job Title: Technician I
Direct Hire
Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Interview Process: 1st interview meet face to face with management team at location in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. 2nd interview will be the last interview and it will be with Jenny over the phone.
Schedule: M-F, overtime if needed and rotating on-call at times
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for install and network infrastructure technician who serves as the front-line representative and a key member of our service-oriented team. You should be an individual who has excellent customer service skill, is self-motivated, and has troubleshooting skill. You should also be comfortable working in heights and in an outside setting constantly.
You will be required to pass drug test, background check, and MVR check.

What You Will Do
Responsibilities include completing installs, disconnects, reconnects, add-ons, changes, and troubleshooting telephone and high-speed Internet services at customer locations while regularly climbing ladders and working on rooftops.
Responsibilities also include completes basic performance testing and setup of installed services, including PC, Local Area Network, and/ or functionality of Voice over Internet Protocol telephone equipment; provides prompt response to network issues; conducting preventive network repair; maintains backhaul network; repairing network outages. May work with high voltage AC and DC electrical systems.
